How do I make an exchange/return?
- The return period is 14 days after the date of receipt of your package. We will not proceed to any exchange or refund after this period.
- The original boxes containing the new items must be returned in good condition.
- The returns are at the expense of the customers.
Step 1
If you have not already done so, contact us here by selecting the category you want. A return form to fill out and put inside your package will be sent to you.
Step 2
Create your return shipping form on the Mondial Relay website. You will need the following information to create your return shipping form:

Please return your package in the same original box and protect it as best as possible. (cling film, SCOTCH or garbage bags are not adequate to protect our boxes) Thank you for your attention.

Exchanges are only possible for France and Belgium via Mondial Relay.
We will exchange the product if it is not damaged. The new package will be sent to you via Mondial Relay. We will also send you a new shipping number.
