Exchanges & Returns

To proceed with an exchange/return, follow the steps below:

1- Contact us here, indicating your order number, the item in question, your name and the reason for the exchange/return. Please do not send a new email if we have already conversed about your exchange/return request.

Following our exchange, we will send you a return form to fill out and put inside your package. 

2- Create your return shipping form to your UPS account or post office, returns are at your expense.

Please return your package in the same original box and protect it as best as possible. (cling film or garbage bags are not adequate to protect our boxes) Thank you for your attention.

3- Once your order is received and validated by us, we will proceed to a refund of the item on the payment method used during your purchase. Please note that refunds of your items are made within 15 days after receipt of your return. If we are asked to pay a fee to receive your return package (e.g. customs duty), this fee will be deducted from the price of your item.

NB: you have 15 days after receipt of your order to send us back your package
