The greased leather is a leather as indicated by its name, more fat, in fact, during the manufacturing process it is more nourished than other types of leather. This gives it a soft and robust touch. It is a very easy leather to maintain.

Smooth leather is a leather worked with a smooth plate to avoid a grained aspect, it is a raw leather to which we can add pigments.

Patent leather is a leather to which we add a thin layer of film in order to obtain a shiny aspect, this gives it a particular style and easy maintenance.

Metallic leather is a leather similar to patent leather to which we apply a color with synthetic pigments such as gold, copper, silver and others. Solvents should be avoided for this type of leather.
Metallic clogs do not like abrasive cleaning products & hydroalcoholic gel.
Nubuck/suede leather is a leather that has a soft and velvety appearance obtained by sanding the top of the hide. Its grain is finer.
Maintenance is done with a waterproofing spray for nubuck ! To ensure the longevity of your clogs, replace the rubber if worn at a good shoemaker.
NB: vegetable leather is a cow leather without chrome, it is made with vegetable dyes
